What areas do you serve for Indian weddings?

Seattle Mandap is based in Bothell and plans décor and coordination for Hindu and Indian weddings across Greater Seattle and Washington — including temples, hotels, convention centers, and outdoor gazebos.

What is included in a decorated mandap package?

We design and install the mandap structure, ceremonial seating, havankund (sacred fire setup), and puja materials to match your traditions and venue. Details are customized after we learn your ceremony flow and priest requirements.

How far in advance should we book?

Popular weekends fill early. Reach out with your date as soon as you have a venue or temple in mind — we will confirm availability and outline next steps for design and logistics.

Do you help with priest (pandit) services?

Yes. Priest services are part of what we coordinate for many Hindu ceremonies, aligned with your family traditions and timeline.

Can you decorate at a temple or outdoor venue?

Yes. We regularly install mandaps and ceremony décor in temples, ballrooms, convention spaces, and outdoor settings, respecting each venue’s rules and load-in windows.

Do you offer catering or full wedding coordination?
